If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from registering at InsigniaX.
You are not an employee of Jagex LTD or Runescape, and are not a family member or acquaintance of the aforementioned.
You are not an employee of any law firm contracted with Jagex LTD, and are not a family member or acquaintance of said firm.
You do not currently play Runescape, or any other Jagex game, and are therefore not subject to their TOS or any other agreement with them.
InsigniaX reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any content item for any reason.
If the server gets terminated from low funds, you will not receive a refund from a subscription. InsigniaX will not provide refunds under any circumstances.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your provision of content, your violation of this Terms of Service or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.
